No more loose DVDS
Since the beginning of DVD time, there have been “loose DVDs", which resulted in scratched discs. Since we are now selling 90% DVDs to 10% VHS tapes, this is a serious issue. Watch & Learn is now exclusively using a high end DVD case that will hold the DVD in place and we hand inspect each DVD. It costs us more in the short term, but it makes everyone’s life easier. Remember, should you find a defective product of any kind, we will replace it at no cost to you, no need to send it back!
